Most clients I've partnered with said they've tried EVERYTHING and nothing works for the long term. When I respond with "Everything?" they admit they haven't been successful at what they've tried, and are open to knowing there's more.
The reason nothing has worked is because what you've tried has not been natural. As with any fad or diet, with any weight loss surgery, your body and emotions are not being nurtured and fed with what it needs at the spiritual/soul level.
Weight "loss" programs don't address what the excuses, beliefs or emotional issues or what's really in your way of getting what you say you want. They often focus only on the food, calories, a food journal, exercise and the scale.
Our sessions are not so much about the food you are eating or how much you're eating. I do not weigh you, and ask that you stay away from the scale. It sets you up for failure if you are in the least affected by those numbers one way or the other. The measure of where you are on this journey is more about your five (six) senses. How do you feel? What are you telling yourself? What are you seeing in the mirror? With Intermittent Fasting you'll learn to trust and to listen to your body, appreciate your body and love your body. This is a new concept for many, but easily learned and applied. What we do is use our time wisely with experiential exercises, personal coaching, clinical hypnotherapy and more to move you into a lighter and happier life.
Food is energy for your body, mind, heart and soul. Learning to integrate this way of honoring your health is part of changing your relationship with food...and with yourself.

Individual Sessions are 60-90 minutes and are created based on what is needed for you personally. A 6-week commitment is suggested. Per session fee is $145.00 Packages are available for $780 for the full 6 weeks (a $90 savings)
