Wondering What Else Is "Out There" for You?
This list could go on for pages. Bottom line is that ANYTHING getting in the way of living an amazing life spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally can be healed at the subconscious level with the power of intention and a little guidance from me. This process focuses on mastering self-awareness.
Hypnotherapy or hypnosis is simply a focused, yet relaxed state of mind.
I practice and am certified in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy (or holistic hypnotherapy connecting body, mind, heart and soul) and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy.
I am also trained in and practice Medical Hypnotherapy. Medical hypnotherapy can decrease blood pressure and heart rate, putting one's physical body at ease. Working with memories, hypnotherapy helps you to re-frame, relax, absorb, dissociate, respond, and reflect. The process reconstructs healthier associations with your past events. Dealing with a wide range of issues, such as chronic pain, stress, anxiety and depression, you can become responsive to new solutions that can lead to personal development through hypnotherapy.
I sometimes hear "I can't be hypnotized." This may be because they fear a loss of control. Regardless of how deeply you may relax in hypnosis (theta level), you always remain in full control. By accessing the subconscious mind, you are actually able to exercise greater control and tap into more of your inner resources.
Clinical Hypnotherapy has been recognized by the American Medical Association since 1958 as an effective therapeutic modality. It is integrated with traditional medical treatments and holistic wellness therapies.
American Health Magazine reported the following findings from a recent study:
• Psychoanalysis: 38% recovery after 600 sessions
• Behavior Therapy: 72% recovery after 22 sessions
• Hypnotherapy: 93% recovery after SIX (or less) sessions

Testimonials
Everything seems much better, I am not anxious and thinking about the creepy crawlies. I feel that I am doing so much better. I went into a shed that had spider webs all over the ceiling, the only time that I had an issue was when I went to grab a painting and almost touched a spider, but I took a few breathes and calmed myself down and I survived. Thank you so much and if I start to feel the same anxiety coming back for any reason, I will not hesitate to reach out and schedule another appointment. LTJ

Susan is kind hearted with a servant's spirit. She has helped me tremendously with grief and anxiety. What a positive difference she has made in my life. She's not a clock-watcher, she's a helper! I highly recommend her. Tammy J

Being hypnotized was a much more subtle process than I expected. I thought when I came to see you that I would quack like a duck or do anything you told me to do.You eased my fears and let me understand how to use my own thoughts to move past the emotional pain I had been experiencing. I actually felt more alert than I usually do. At the same time, I was in state of profound relaxation. It was simple guided imagery with a therapeutic touch! The experience was quite pleasurable! I'll be back! PL

As a student I spent long hours and late nights studying and then couldn't sleep. Susan assisted me in discovering better ways to study, to remember what I studied AND get good night's sleep!~ LG

The panic attacks and the fear of having another one was getting in the way of work and life in general. You never made me feel crazy even if I felt that myself. It only took those 2 sessions to understand where it came from and how to stop them. It's been several months now and even in situations where I had the attacks in the past, I was able to move and breathe (and sometimes laugh) right through them. Kind of shocking really, that it was that easy. RW
